To Start LDAP Server
Hi,
Following are the steps to start LDAP server
LDAP is installed in the machine 192.168.1.56
1. Login to the machine(Fedora) using the following User Account
Username : Kamakshi
Password : Kamakshi
2. Open the Terminal Window
3. Login as root user by following the below-mentioned commands
[Kamakshi@localhost ~]$ su - -
Password: hsenidfedora
[root@localhost Kamakshi]# cd\
>
[root@localhost ~]#
4.Then type the following command to start the LDAP Server
[root@localhost ~]# /etc/init.d/ldap start
