Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint

In EIM,while saving a new employee details,i'm facing the error:

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_HS_HR_EMPLOYEE_3587F3E0'.Cannot insert dulicate key in object 'HS_HR_EMPLOYEE'.The statement has been termminated.
